Cello Book 3 & Book 4 Teacher Training Course

Cello Book 3 is such an exciting volume to introduce our students to. It is filled with repertoire packed with musical drama and performing techniques. It 's a challenge to deliver each teaching point to students in the most logical but also the most convincing way. Most students are equipped with solid basic playing and reading skills by this level, and they can not wait to fly solo!! Others need some remediation and might start feeling left behind. It is not uncommon for students to get discouraged and potentially quit when they enter book 3. How to help your students through this and keep them motivated, as well as how the teacher and the parents redefine the Suzuki triangle during this stage are two of the crucial topics for pedagogical discussion.
